We ship all items by USPS. Smaller orders are shipped 1st Class mail; heavy and large items are shipped parcel post or upgraded to Priority mail when it's more cost-effective, at our discretion.
We only ship Monday to Thursday since we are closed every Friday to Sunday.
Website orders are currently limited to US and Canada only. We welcome orders from other Countries, please email or call for lead-times & shipping charges.
All orders are tied as they come in. We normally have a 3-5 week lead time but it can get longer depending on the season.
Right now we are short handed due to covid and have up to a 8-12 week lead time on certain lures.
If you must have your lures by a certain date, for a Trip or Tournament, PLEASE note that on the order, send us an email or phone call at the time of purchase; do not wait till 3 days before you need your items, it's just not possible to make them that fast.
You must call us at 610-373-1368 for any returns.
Used and custom designed items may not be returned.
Items still in original packaging and unused may be returned for store credit only within 10 days of usps delivery confirmation.
There are no refunds on custom work and design your own items.
All returns must be packaged properly with care, sent by USPS with delivery confirmation. All shipping costs are paid by the buyer and non refundable.
All cancelled orders will be charged a 40% fee no exceptions. We are charged non refundable fees when you place your order.
